I paid for three nights and left after the first night. I would not recommend it to anyone. A run-down hotel in a total state of abandonment and absolute degradation. The room and bathroom were very dirty and filthy in terrible conditions. Dirty and yellow/brown sheets, smelly pillows, very dirty mattress in terrible conditions, I slept in my sleeping bag. Air conditioning and wifi work terribly. Rude and rude staff, they don't even say hello. The night man asked me for 1,500,000 Kip to have the card to open the hotel entrance door and come back after midnight, of course I refused and demanded the card. Room on the fourth floor without a lift and very high steps.

The room I stayed in was a twin room with two bedrooms, with a worn out bed that creaked. It was nice that there was a window facing the street, but it was on the fourth floor and an old building with no elevator. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, so mosquito spray was useful, but some kind of countermeasure is necessary. The shower is electric, so it doesn't come out very fast, but I was able to use it without any problems. There is a toilet next to the shower, so you will get soaked. Amenities included a toothbrush and two free bottles of drinking water. The location was good, as it was only a few minutes' walk from the riverside market and the city center.
